
How to Register
In order to register on the PRIDE eStore, you will need your Customer ID# from
PRIDE. If you have not received the information
contact us for your customer number and location number. These numbers
are in place and required for security purposes. If you have never done
business with PRIDE before please contact
PRIDE Accounting to set up account. If you are ready to register, click
on the Register icon on the banner above.
Forgot Password?
If you forgot your password you can
email Customer Service with your Name and Customer ID# and we will
email your password to the email address provided in you account information.
This prevents anyone from impersonating you and requesting your password.
Changing Account Information / Password
Account information that you entered when you registered can be changed with the
Update Shopper Profile under the My Account
tab on top of this page . New shipping locations have to be established by
PRIDE Customer service. Information related to your Customer ID# and Location
ID# (ie billing address, company home address, shipping addresses,
etc.) must be changed through Customer Service. This extra security
measure allows us to keep our records up to date and prevents fraud. Once you
have logged in you can view a complete
list of your location numbers here. If you cannot find your location on
the above list, you can submit an additional address by
completing this form.
Credit Cards
We accept all Visa , Master Card and Florida State Purchasing Cards.
Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders are accepted with requisition numbers
Blanket Purchase Orders
Blanket PO's can be set up with PRIDE. These have to be set up through
Customer Service. There must be an administrative contact designated to
the account and requisition numbers must be used to place your orders. If you
need to set up an administrative account at PRIDE, please register as
regular user and then request to set you up as administrative
contact.
Taxes
Taxes applied are based on Billing location local sales tax, if applicable.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling will be determined by the individual industries involved
with your order.
Shipping charges are determined by the location the items are shipped
from. Items in your order may come from different industries throughout
the state of Florida and therefore their distance to you will vary. Below are
the shipping and handling terms for the product groups.
Print and Digital
Shipping will be 7% of order total with a minimum charge of $4.50.

Seating and Casegoods
All furniture pricing on the PRIDE is currently at the 55% discount level. No additional
discount is given unless quantities are warranted.
For items that cannot be sent via UPS, there will be a $60 minimum freight
charge for Purchase Orders totaling less than $3,000 (net). Orders above $3,000
are FOB destination (tailgate drop-off). Inside delivery or installation will
be negotiated on a job-by-job basis. Space planning services will be provided
at $50/hour.

MINIMUM ORDERS:
A $10.00 service charge will be added to any order that totals less than
$250.00 net.
SHIPPING POINT:
All products: F.O.B. destination within the State of Florida on all orders over
$250.00.
FREIGHT:
Special requirements (i.e. inside delivery, lift gate) will be at extra charge.
Please call us for quote. Freight included for all orders over $250.00 within
the State of Florida. SMS does not file claims with common carriers. The
party responsible for the payment of the freight charges is responsible for
filing claims for damages directly with the common carrier.
Returns:
PRIDE SMS will not accept product for return without prior authorization and approval.
All PRIDE branded goods must be in resalable condition, a 25% handling charge will be added to
returned goods. All returned goods must be identified giving date of purchase, invoice number and batch number.
Product is not accepted for credit after one year from the date of shipment. Bleach based products will not be
accepted after 90 days of purchase. Returns must be shipped prepaid.
GUARANTEE:
All PRIDE SMS products, except Bleach, are guaranteed for quality for a period of one year
from the date of shipment. Bleach based products are guaranteed for quality for a period of 90 days. Method of use or storage conditions that differ from
the directions and conditions are beyond our control. Manufacturer's liability
shall be limited to the invoice price of goods sold.
TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE:
PRIDE's Sanitary Maintenance Division has Technical Representatives available
to handle your questions about our chemical products, automatic dispensing
equipment and other janitorial supplies during business hours.
(Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.)
Traffic Paint
Traffic Paint List Prices are for purchases of 1- 499 gallons. Freight is
prepaid and added to the invoice.
Orders (500 -1,499 gallons) will have freight prepaid and added to the invoice.
Freight is included in the price for Traffic Paint Volume/Wholesale Price
only if the order is for 1,500 gallons or more, and in the State of Florida.
Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice for all shipments
outside the State-of-Florida, for all brands/quantities.
Packaging / Boxes
Most orders are shipped via motor freight and small orders (typically under 100
pounds) can ship via parcel service.
Freight charges will be added to all orders in the State-of-Florida under $500
value.
Orders requiring inside delivery (delivery by motor carrier personnel to a
location inside a building other than the receiving warehouse) will incur
additional charges according to the following schedule:
